Digital Printing

Digital Printing

Digital printing involves printing machines much like your printer at home. What you see on the screen is what you get when printed.  When printed onto the garment,  the color of the garment shows through the printed image.

Unlike screen printing which can involve extensive setup times, a digital print can be an affordable alternative when you only require a few custom shirts. With this,  digital printing is essential in providing on-demand print services.

Processes

1. Standard DTG:  commonly known as Direct To Garment printing.  This uses the latest technology to print directly onto your garment.  Ideal for light colored cotton based garments.

2. Premium DTG:  this is similar to DTG,  however this is when a white under base is added on a darker colored garment to make the colors show up properly. Ideal for Darker colored cotton based garments.

3. Dye Sublimation:  Full-color imaging process of printing directly to a polyester mix fabric. This printing process essentially uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric together as one. Speciality inks are used,  when heated to the right temperature, transform into a gas. Once applied to the surface of the textile, the ink forms a permanent bond with the fabric and the image becomes a part of the fabric. With dye sublimation, you feel no extra layer of ink coating and the result is a permanent, full color image that won’t crack, peel, or wash away.  Ideal for Performance Wear,  Sun Protection, Fishing Shirts.
